I was invited up on October 13th by David Sutherland to fish on his beat the Ness Castle beat of the River Ness I was delighted to land a fresh 9lb salmon on a Kyley shrimp 8 in the Black stream of the Ness Castle beat,
This turned out to be my 70th and final salmon for the season, So i was delighted that this was my second best ever seasons total.
