R Sloss & party.
Mon 30th the river level today was 1ft 2 inch a couple of fish were landed today both grilse of 4lbs. and both from the Little falls pool.
Thur June 2nd. The river today was running at 7.5 inch F Sloss landed an 8lb salmon in the Raven pool.

Week beginning May 23rd Ruaraidh McMillan & party.
Mon 23rd. The week started out with the river running at 6 inches however it rose late afternoon to 1ft 3 inch.
Tues 24th. Today the river was 1ft. Ruaraidh McMillan pulled a couple of fish
Wed 25th. The water level to day was1 ft5 inch again Ruaraidh pulled a couple, This pulling or snatching at the fly usually a good indicator of running fish.
Thur 26th. The river today was 1 ft. Scott Ramsay caught a 10lb salmon in the Little falls pool. Michael and Scott between them had a hold of 3 salmon one of them was on for quite a while before it threw the hook.
Fri 27th. The heavy rain yesterday and overnight put the river up to an unfishably high river approx 6ft it dropped in early evening to a fishable but still very big river of approx 4ft 9 inch. Scott Ramsay landed a 9 lb sea liced salmon in the Gledfield pool.
Sat 28th. The water level today was down to 2ft 5 inch and dropping to 1ft 7inch in early evening. Again on a dropping river with what appeared to be very good conditions it was very noticeable that still very few salmon are showing, Michael Munro briefly had a hold of one in the Wall pool.

Week beginning May16th John West & party.
Mon 16th. Another week of very low water basically by Saturday the river level had dropped to just 1.5 inch so far the lowest this year. John only fished about 3 hours during the week Subsequently again their is absolutely nothing to report.
Week beginning May 9th. Duncan Betts & party.
Mon 9th. This week started out again with lowish water 5 inch.
Tue10th. River down to 4.5 inch Duncan Betts landed a 10lb salmon in the Little falls. pool.
Wed11th. the river went up over night showing 1ft 2 on the gauge before rising again to 1ft 10 inch.
Thurs 12th River 1ft 4 inch.
Fri 13th.The river today hovered at around 1ft
Sat 14th. Water level today 10 inches.

Week beginning May 2nd Mark Shirley & party.
Mon 2nd. The river today was 6 inch and dropping, on Tuesday and Wednesday it continued to drop back from 4 inch to 3 inch, very few fish were seen.
One salmon was hooked played and unfortunately lost by Andrew Sayer in the Little falls pool. Friday saw the river jump up to 6 inch with some overnight rain and Saturday it was dropping away again more dry weather i am afraid to say.
